Arlington Forest congregation is proud of their support to the Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC).  Our church members have a regularly scheduled commitment to go to AFAC and bag groceries for the Saturday morning distribution.  The following are pictures of our members who participated.

On Super Bowl Sunday, Pastor Winkler proposed that our congregation collect Cereal for our local outreach, Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC).  The results were wonderful, though not surprising to our congregation.  Arlington Forest Church has strong ties with AFAC since its inception and continues to provide volunteers, food and contributions for this worthy outreach. 

We collected 252 boxes of cereal as well as $316 in cash contributions, which will be used to purchase additional cereal.  All in all a great Cereal Bowl Sunday for those who would have been hungry at breakfast.
